This website does not collect payments, payment-card details, or sell products.

For clinical service fees, cancellation terms, missed-appointment charges, and refund eligibility, request and review the practice’s current written financial agreement before booking. This page does not create a new cancellation fee, refund deadline, or eligibility rule.
